Hope has a voice.

At Amplify, we share real stories of faith, freedom, and redemption—so the world can hear what God has done and believe He still does today.

Why amplify exists

We believe stories change lives.

Amplify is built on the truth of Revelation 12:11:

“They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony.”

We exist to amplify those testimonies — so others can hear what God has done and believe He still does.

What began as a quiet conviction has become a growing movement: To help people find the courage to speak, the ears to hear, and the faith to believe again.

Our mission

To collect and share powerful testimonies that reveal the character of God and awaken faith in those who hear them.

Our Vision

A global library of redemption stories—organically sourced, shared without barriers, and used to lead millions to the love of Jesus.

Core Values

Testimony is a weapon.

We believe stories, when surrendered to God, become instruments of breakthrough.

Honor the story, glorify the Author.

We lift up Jesus in every story we tell—not a singular person, not our platform.

Clarity over noise.

We encourage concise posts, honest editing, and keeping the Gospel front and center.

Every person matters.

We treat every storyteller with dignity, and every listener as someone God is pursuing.

Global reach, personal touch.

We gather content that can go anywhere, but feels like it was made for someone specific; because it was.

What makes us different

We don't just post videos.

We amplify your testimonies that cut through digital noise and connect to the soul.

Users create, we curate and Amplify.

We’re not chasing views. We’re chasing hearts.

Because when one person speaks up about what God has done, someone else finds the faith to believe. God can do it for them too.

Our Story and History

The earliest conversations that became Rev12 were simple and honest:

  • What if ordinary people had a place to share what God has done in their lives?
  • What if those stories could reach someone in the exact moment they needed hope?

Revelation 12:11
“They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony…”

The nonprofit organization Rev12 was born from that verse. The name carries the conviction that testimonies are not side stories to the gospel—they are one of the ways God brings the gospel to life in real time.

At first, Rev12 began as an idea more than an organization:

  • Capture real stories of faith, freedom, and redemption
  • Share them in ways that feel honest, unpolished, and human
  • Make it easy for someone searching in the dark to stumble onto hope

Early on, that looked like living-room conversations, phone videos, and whiteboard sketches; figuring out how to collect and share testimonies without turning them into “content” or performance.

As the team kept talking, one thing became clear: we live on our phones. If stories of hope were going to meet people where they are, they needed to live where people already spend their time.

Rev12 slowly moved from “this would be a great ministry idea” to “we should build a simple, focused platform just for testimonies about Jesus working in lives of people”

A few core convictions started shaping the build:

  • Everyday voices over celebrity voices. The platform should be full of “people like me,” not just pastors or public figures.
  • Real over-polished stories could be beautiful, but they had to stay honest and real; more living room than studio.
  • Global, but deeply personal. Someone in another city or another country, should be able to hear a story that feels like it was meant for them.

That’s where the idea of a mobile app took root: A place where you can watch a story, search by theme (addiction, loss, doubt, healing, forgiveness, etc.), share a video with a friend, or even record and upload your own testimony in minutes.

As the vision grew, so did the tension around the name.

  • Rev12 was rich with meaning to people who knew the Bible reference.
  • But for someone outside church culture, “Rev12” felt abstract and a little cryptic.

The name of the platform needed to change without changing the heart of the project. The name needed to say, out loud, what this whole thing actually does: Take hope filled stories and turn up their volume.

Through prayer, counsel, and a lot of conversation, a new name rose to the surface that felt both simple and true to the original calling:

Amplify kept everything Rev12 stood for and translated it into a word anyone could feel:

  • Stories don’t just sit in a library; they echo into homes, hospitals, recovery centers, dorm rooms, and quiet late-night scrolls.
  • Testimonies don’t whisper in the background; they get turned up so they can actually be heard.

The verse Rev12:11 remains the foundation and backbone.

Amplify became the outward-facing name and invitation.

With that shift came clearer language and direction:

  • Tagline: “Hope Has a Voice.”
  • Focus: Stories of faith, freedom, and redemption from real people.
  • On-ramps: Watch a story. Share your story. Join the prayer team. Give so that more stories can be captured and shared.

What began as Rev12 is now Amplify, powered by the conviction of Revelation 12:11.

Under the Amplify name, the vision became more tangible and practical:

  • A mobile app designed specifically for testimonies
  • A library of video stories organized by topic, life stage, and struggle
  • Clear next steps:
    • Watch a Story – Find hope for what you’re walking through today
    • Share Your Story – Record or submit your testimony so someone else can overcome
    • Join Our Prayer Team – Cover storytellers and viewers in prayer
    • Give – Help fund the capturing, curating, and distribution of more stories

Behind the scenes, there’s been steady, quiet work:

  • Early prototypes and UX decisions to keep everything “friction-light”
  • Brand development that reflects warmth, honesty, and courage, not hype
  • Planning for alpha and beta testing, so real people can shape the experience before a broader launch

Through it all, one thing has stayed non-negotiable: this is ministry first, technology second. The app is just a tool. The story is the point.

Names, designs, and features have evolved. The heartbeat hasn’t.

From the first Rev12 conversations to the current Amplify build, the common thread is simple:

  • Jesus saves, restores, and meets people in all kinds of places.
  • When those stories are told, others find courage to believe He can meet them too.
  • Our joy is to collect those stories, care for them, and send them out into the world where God can use them.

Rev12 is the root. Amplify is the branch reaching further than ever.

And the story isn’t finished. It is still in the early chapters; gathering voices, building the platform, and preparing for the day when someone, somewhere, presses play on a story and realizes:

“This is exactly what I needed. Hope really does have a voice.”
